acknowledging my email. Our flight arrived in at midnight and he was there waiting and quickly took us to his car. Fantastic friendly service, exactly what was required after immigration! Used on the return too. Slightly more expensive than a taxi, but well worth it. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use in the future.

"Perfection - The Name Says It All"
We found Donny through one of the carriage ride websites. Unfortunately, our carriage ride was cancelled due to the extremely cold temperatures so I decided to book a 3-hour tour of NYC through Donny’s website since my Fiancé had never been to New York City before. Booking through the website was a breeze, and Donny personally text messaged me (which I preferred) to see if there were any particular points of interests we wanted to see. I let him know of a few and he designed the rest of the tour. He messaged me in the morning to let me know he was ready when we were. We were running behind and it was not an issue at all. Donny picked us up at our hotel and had drinks in the car waiting for us. The SUV was extremely clean, especially for the weather conditions and snow. For standard travellers, there was even WiFi available in the vehicle. Donny took us all around the city and was extremely knowledgeable about landmarks and history. I’m a history buff but learned quite a bit. Donny was extremely personable and easy-going. He stopped on multiple occasions in single-digit weather to take our picture making my Fiancé one happy girl! At the end of the trip, we never felt rushed and Donny even offered to stop so we could grab a quick bite to eat before our train even though our 3 hours had been up. I can’t recommend NYC Perfect Transportation enough. I will be calling Donny when I travel for business and when I return with my Fiancé for another Broadway show. A+ service at a great price!
