How is the major construction at JFK Airport affecting my transportation pickup process?Each terminal will have a different pickup process due to this construction. Please read below for more detailed information. Feel free to contact our office for further information at +1 (929) 264-3413 and ask one of our representatives. Terminal 1: Only outside passenger pickup service is recommended as the parking garage is not available. You do have the option of adding a separate airport greeter to meet you inside at the welcome center when you exit out to the main terminal. The greeter will meet you with a name sign and walk you to your chauffeur for an additional fee. Terminal 4: Due to this construction, only inside meet and greet service available. Your personal chauffeur can park and meet you inside and assist you with luggage handling. Then to the parking garage to the car. Terminal 5: Due to this construction, you have 2 options: First, you can add on the meet and greet service and have your chauffeur meet you at baggage claim but the walk back to the parking lot is a longer walk then other terminals. Second, you would have to take a shuttle bus or the AirTrain to the Howard Beach pickup area to meet your chauffeur and this process can take up to 45-55 min. We would suggest that you add-on the inside meet and greet service even though the walk back is longer than other terminals. Terminal 7: Only meeting the chauffeur at the Howard Beach pickup area until further notice. Terminal 8: This terminal is okay either outside at curbside or inside. But if you are traveling internationally, we would suggest that you add-on the meet and greet service.

How is the best way to meet your chauffeur at LaGuardia Airport?Each terminal will have a different pickup process due to this construction. Please read below for more detailed information. Feel free to contact our office for further information at +1 (929) 264-3413 and ask one of our representatives. Terminal A: This terminal is okay either outside at curbside or inside. But if you are traveling heavy luggage, we would suggest that you add-on the meet and greet service. Terminal B: Due to this construction, the curbside pickup is still restricted and pickups only at the second level parking garage. If you have never flown into this terminal before, we suggest adding the inside meet and greet service is the best way to make things easier for your pickup process. Your personal chauffeur can park and meet you inside and assist you with luggage handling. Then to the parking garage to the car. Terminal C: This terminal is okay either outside at curbside or inside. But better if you meet your chauffeur outside at the passenger pickup area just outside the baggage claim building. The pickup signs are visible and best to meet your chauffeur anywhere between pickup 10 through 17. The inside meet and greet service is available as well.

How do I meet my driver for a Curbside Meet?IMPORTANT: All passengers choosing the CURBSIDE option, please turn on your cell phone to receive text message from the driver. You will get a greeting text message from the assigned driver once your plane connects to gate. Please check your mobile phone and reply when you're ready. The driver will coordinate the pickup location. If you don't have a working cellphone please choose the Inside Option from the drop down.

How do I add on "Inside Meet and Greet Service" to my airport arrival transfer?You can add this service by clicking the "Meet Option" and choose Inside from the drop down option. Please see below picture for additional help. Domestic Flights: You will be meeting the driver at the baggage claim area. Please look for a suited driver with your name greeting sign. International Flights: You will be meeting the driver at the main terminal Welcome Center. Please look for a suited driver with your name greeting sign.
