Meeting your driver at the airport
Please read this important information about the options of meeting your driver at the airport. We have prepared an easy options how to meet our driver. Please contact the office or your driver for further assistance if you're having any problem at the airport which might delay your pickup process.
Both Inside and Curbside options will need a working cellphone to communicate with the driver. You may connect with the driver using WhatsApp if you have an international line. WiFi connection will be provided by the airport if necessary.
Inside Meet & Greet
This option is the best way to meet your driver.
Your assigned driver will meet you inside the terminal with a customized greeting sign and assist carrying your luggage.
Domestic Flights: Meet by the baggage claim area.
International Flights: Meet by the Welcome Center.
All International travellers will clear customs and collect their luggage before coming out to the Welcome Center.
This option has an extra $35 fee.
This service is not available for Buses & Sprinters.
Express Curbside Meet
Every terminal has a curbside passenger pick-up area.
If you are familiar with the airport then this option would work for you. Please make sure you have a working cellphone to exchange text messages with the driver.
